As the Managing Director of Sajen legal, over his almost 30 years in the legal profession, Kyle has witnessed the Sunshine Coast mature and grow into a more diverse and complex economy. In response to this change, Sajen legal now offers a new way of doing things (Sajen Accord) where clients can draw on legal advice at any time, much like having an in-house legal department but where fees are measured by value not time.
Glenn Ferguson is a Director of Sajen Legal. He is a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland. An experienced lawyer, he has acted in complex disputes and transactions for a range of clients both nationally and internationally. He is also an Accredited Specialist and Registered Migration Agent acting for Business, Corporates and Individuals.
Angelo Venardos is a Director at Sajen Legal. He is a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland. He holds both a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from Queensland University of Technology as well as a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Executive) from the Mt Eliza Business School.
Joining the Sajen team in 2008, Tim was appointed a Director in 2013. He brings to the team a passion for all things business and a willingness to work ‘with’ clients not just for them. His experience across intellectual property, dispute resolution and corporate structuring makes him critical to clients that wish to protect and grow their business. He believes that legal services should be a stimulating factor in a client’s profitability, not a dent and that Sajen Accord delivers that dynamic for its clients.
Tom Wood is a Senior Associate at Sajen Legal within the business and commercial property team with extensive experience in a broad range of areas. He is recognised for his strategic advice and attention to detail when analysing issues. Tom has a loyal and impressive client base many of whom he has acted for over 20 years.
Chloe Kopilovic is an associate lawyer leading the wills and estates team and practicing in estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation. Chloe moved from Western Australia to Queensland in 2011 and joined Sajen’s predecessor, Ferguson Cannon Lawyers, as a trainee solicitor.
Redmond Kirwan-Jones is an associate lawyer at Sajen Legal. Redmond attended Victoria University of Wellington, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (first class hons) in 2011. Redmond practiced in commercial litigation, insolvency and construction law over the next four years at two firms in Wellington and Auckland.
Alpa is a lawyer practicing in the Business and Corporate Law team. Alpa attends to all matters of a business and commercial nature. Her focus is on corporate structuring, restructuring, asset protection, corporate governance, business transactions, retail and commercial leases, trademarks, partnerships as well as mergers and acquisitions. She is highly experienced after having successfully operated businesses in both Australia and New Zealand.
Courtney joined the Wills and Estates team at Sajen Legal in 2015 and has been working exclusively in that area since then. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in February 2017 after completing her Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Phoebe Miller is a lawyer practicing in the property and commercial team. Phoebe was admitted as a solicitor in July 2015, and has been practicing ever since in property and commercial law (and, is loving it!). She focuses on commercial property sales and purchases, as well as commercial leasing.
Jozefina Ndoci is a lawyer practising in the Property and Conveyancing team at Sajen Legal. She attended Griffith University on the Gold Coast and completed a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Laws graduating in 2014. Jozefina was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in April of 2015.
Natalie Tuson is a general practice lawyer with a focus on family law, criminal law, personal injury law and employment law. Natalie attend the Queensland University of Technology and completed a Bachelor of Law graduating with Honours in 2015. Natalie was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in November 2016.
Vincent is a lawyer practicing in the commercial litigation team. Vincent also has had more than 3 years’ experience working in property and commercial law, focusing on residential and commercial conveyancing, commercial leasing and managing off the plan developments for large developer clients.
Beth Fitzpatrick is an immigration professional with over 15 years experience. Beth attended the University of New England, graduating in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in politics and philosophy. Shortly after becoming a registered migration agent in 2003, Beth commenced employment within the specialised field of corporate immigration working with a global immigration law firm for a number of years.
