Vincent is a director of Sajen. His areas of practice include insolvency and bankruptcy, restructuring, asset protection, building and construction and various other commercial disputes.

He regularly advises insolvency practitioners, whether in their capacity as liquidators, receivers, voluntary administrators or trustees in bankruptcy. Recently, he acted in a liquidation of a company that had an annual turnover exceeding $50 million prior to being wound up.

Vincent prides himself on finding innovative solutions to protect his clients’ interests. He has had extensive success in defending claims brought by liquidators, the ATO, banks and other creditors.

He chose to join Sajen in 2017 because of its commitment to providing the highest quality service to its clients, consistently and without compromise.

Having lived on the Sunshine Coast for most of his life, Vincent has strong ties to the local community.

  • Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice;
  • Bachelor of Laws;
  • Bachelor of Commence (Accounting & Finance).
